The pyramids weren't built in a day. But, in Multilingual Learner small groups, students worked together to stack cups into a pyramid using only a rubber band and string. The students worked as a team communicating and coordinating their efforts. The challenge helped the students brainstorm positive ways to interact with each other as they work through difficulties towards a common goal.
