March 24 th A/B Day Schedule
9th Grade – Practice ACT
Our 9th graders will be taking the Practice ACT
This is a valuable opportunity for students to:
Experience what the real ACT test environment feels like.
Identify strengths and areas to improve in testing strategies before taking the official ACT.
Along with an ACT score, students will receive a Career Interest Inventory.
Build confidence and reduce test‑day stress.
Where to Report:
➡ 2nd Floor Learning Suite – go to your assigned testing room.
Arrival Time:
🕗 8:10 AM (sharp!)
Please be on time. We expect all 9 graders to take this opportunity to gain valuable practice that will prepare them for the academic challenges of the ACT.
8th Grade – RISE Writing State Assessment
8th graders will be completing the REQUIRED RISE Writing State Assessment.
Where to Report:
➡ 1st Floor Learning Suite – go to your assigned testing room.
Arrival Time:
🕗 8:10 AM (sharp!)
Please be on time. Students not in attendance will be pulled from other classes for test makeup.
ALL 8th and 9th Grade Students Should Bring:
A fully charged computer
A positive attitude and your best effort!
7th Grade – Alternative Activities
7th graders who attend school that day will participate in educational rotations. Students will meet in the gym.
Testing will finish by 11:20am. Lunch will be served from 11:20-11:50am. Teachers will be available after lunch for all students who need intervention help.
