Monday is Reading Rainbow — “Take a look, it’s in a book!” Wear your brightest rainbow colors to show that reading is fun and full of adventure!

We would like to extend a huge thank you to our incredible PTA for organizing and hosting last week’s Book Fair! Because of their hard work and dedication, our students had the opportunity to discover new books, grow their love of reading, and build their home libraries. We are so grateful for the time and energy our PTA gives to support our school community.
Hill Field Parents and Guardians, we have enjoyed meeting with you this week for parent/teacher conferences. Don't forget, tomorrow we will be having our Valentine's Day celebrations! We'll make sure to have them all sugared up for you when we send them home for the weekend!

Parent-teacher conferences are happening this week! Families can view their scheduled conference time by logging into myDSD. If you were unable to sign up in advance, don’t worry. A conference time will be provided for you. Please also remember that Wednesday and Thursday will be early out days, with students dismissed earlier than usual. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to connecting with you this week!

Our school Book Fair is almost here! Flyers will be going home with students and will include information about when each class will visit the Book Fair during the school day. The Book Fair will also be open during parent conferences on Wednesday from 1:30–6:00 PM, giving families an extra opportunity to shop together. We can’t wait to see our students excited about books and reading!

Our Hope Squad is spreading kindness this Valentine’s season with Friendship Grams—a fun and meaningful way for students to send a little encouragement to friends while supporting our Hope Squad at the same time! Flyers with all the details have already gone home. If you need another copy, extra flyers are available in the office—just let your teacher know you need one. Thank you for helping us share kindness, connection, and support throughout our school!
