With second semester underway, we are beginning the course selection process for next school year. How time flies!
Over the next month, FJH counselors will be visiting classes to review course selection information with students. Below is the schedule for these classroom visits:
January 15–16: Visiting 9th grade English classes to discuss high school course selection timelines, credit requirements, and GPA reminders. The high school will provide detailed course selection information at a later date.
January 29–30: Visiting 7th grade English classes to discuss and distribute materials for 8th grade course selection.
February 2–3: Visiting 8th grade Science classes to discuss and distribute materials for 9th grade course selection.
Online course selection through your student’s myDSD account will be open from February 5 - 20. Please watch for additional information and encourage your student to review their options carefully. If you have questions, feel free to contact the counseling office.
