It's time for all Bountiful Elementary library books to make their way back home.
Every book is due, so please help your student check backpacks, bedrooms, bookshelves, cars, and those mysterious "safe places" where library books like to hide.
Thank you for helping Mrs. Berge get our library ready for the end of the school year!

Big congratulations to next year’s Bountiful Elementary Student Council and Hope Squad! 🎉💙
These students were selected to help lead, serve, encourage, and support our school community during the 2026–2027 school year. From showing kindness in the halls to helping with school events and being positive examples for others, we can’t wait to see the impact they make.
We are so proud of each of you and excited for the year ahead. Way to go, Bobcats! 🐾

Kindness was on display in the best way today. 💛
For their final Kind Kids Club meeting of the year, students hosted an art exhibit for their families and a representative from One Kind Act a Day, the organization that sponsored the club this year.
Students created artwork focused on kindness, positivity, friendship, and the small choices that help make Bountiful Elementary a better place.
The exhibit was a celebration of what this club has been practicing all year: kindness is something we do, share, and pass on.
A huge thank you to our Kind Kids Club facilitators, families, students, and One Kind Act a Day for helping kindness grow at Bountiful Elementary. 🌈💚

Fourth graders brought Utah to life one song, smile, and county at a time yesterday!
Our Bountiful Elementary 4th graders took the stage and proved they know their stuff — counties, geography, history, industry, pioneer spirit, and plenty of Utah pride. They turned a year of Utah social studies into a program full of songs, smiles, confidence, and personality.
Huge thanks to our 4th grade teachers for all the planning, practice, and behind-the-scenes work that helped our Bobcats shine!

🌸 First Grade's Spring Sing brought the sunshine today! 🌼

From sweet songs to big performance energy, they did such a wonderful job sharing what they have been practicing. A huge thank-you to our first-grade teachers for helping students shine and to our families for cheering them on. Spring definitely sounded a little brighter at Bountiful today! 💛🎶🌈

Miss Linsey is turning the halls into a full-on art museum and we are here for it. 🎨🔥 The Miniature Art Museum is packed with color, imagination, personality, and so much student talent. Every tiny piece shows the creativity, care, and joy our Bobcats bring to art class — and that starts with a teacher who makes kids feel inspired to create. Miss Linsey doesn’t just teach art. She sparks ideas, builds confidence, celebrates originality, and helps students see that their work matters. The result? A school filled with art that feels joyful, bold, and completely alive. Bountiful is a more creative place because of her. 💛🖼️

Each week, our school focuses on a Manner of the Week — a modern manner that students learn about and practice together across classrooms and shared spaces.
This week’s focus is: Don’t Brag
Students are learning that it is okay to feel proud of their accomplishments while also making room for others to share their successes, experiences, and excitement.
These weekly manners are designed to be informative and to encourage conversations at home. Talking about the difference between confidence and bragging can help students practice humility, encouragement, and respectful conversation.

Wear blue this Friday, April 10, to support children!
Everyone plays a role in helping children have healthy and positive childhoods.
Positive Childhood Experiences occur when children experience safe, stable nurturing relationships and environments.

Each week, our school focuses on a Manner of the Week — a modern manner that students learn about and practice together across classrooms and shared spaces.
This week’s focus is: Speak with Confidence
Students are learning that speaking with confidence can look like:
using a clear voice
choosing respectful words
calmly saying what they need
These weekly manners are designed to be informative and to encourage conversations at home. Talking about how to speak clearly, ask for help, or share ideas respectfully can help students build confidence in everyday situations.

Today we are celebrating National School Librarian Day and giving a big shoutout to Mrs. Berge!
Mrs. Berge does so much to make the library a special place for students at Bountiful Elementary. From organizing Scholastic Book Fairs and Book Battles to leading One Book, One Bountiful, taking students to Story Con, and hosting the library’s creative pumpkin book character contest, she helps build a strong culture of reading across our school.
Her work goes far beyond the library shelves. She creates opportunities for students to connect with books, share stories, and build a lifelong love of reading.
Thank you, Mrs. Berge, for all you do for our school community!

Students vs. teachers is always guaranteed fun. 📚🔥
Today’s Book Battle Assembly featured The Big Dilll vs. The Book Wizards and The Battlers vs. The Plot Twisters.
Spoiler: both student teams walked away with the win and full bragging rights.
Safe to say our Bobcats know their books… and our teachers may need a rematch. 😅🏆

Today, our 6th graders didn’t just learn about the Middle Ages. They lived it. 🏰👑⚔️
Bountiful Elementary’s Medieval Feast transformed a school day into an experience students will remember. With costumes, themed tables, and a room full of knights, nobles, jesters, and royalty, students had the chance to celebrate their learning in a fun, memorable way.
It was more than a feast. It was a chance to bring history to life, build community, and make school memories that last.
A big thank you to everyone who helped make this special day possible for our Bobcats.

Each week, our school focuses on a Manner of the Week — a modern manner that students learn about and practice together across classrooms and shared spaces.
This week’s focus is Make Room.
Students are learning that making room can look like noticing others, inviting someone to join, and helping people feel included.
Talking about what inclusion looks like in everyday moments can help students recognize simple ways to help others feel welcome.

No screens. No step-by-step directions. Just imagination, teamwork, and a room full of builders.
Builder Days in the computer lab are designed for open-ended exploration, where students create and discover through hands-on play.
Whether they are building patterns, designing structures, or trying out a brand new idea, students are strengthening essential skills: creativity, collaboration, persistence, and curiosity.
Sometimes, the best learning starts with a pile of materials and the freedom to build.

Hope Week is off to a meaningful start 💙
Today, our students gathered for a special kickoff assembly with Tom Ballard, the Heart Rock Guy, and a powerful reminder that kindness is our superpower.
Students heard how small acts of kindness can make a big difference—and each student went home with a heart rock of their own as a reminder to reach out, create kindness, and share hope.
We’re excited to see our school community carry that message through the week.
