Looking for support during the early years of parenting? Baby & You is a free 9‑week program that helps parents build confidence, strengthen early learning at home and connect with a welcoming community.
Parents say the program is “the most amazing” they’ve found and a true “sisterhood of motherhood.” Many share that they finally feel supported, informed and not alone.
Each week includes breakfast, group learning for adults and engaging activities for children. Families learn about early literacy, child development, health, nutrition and the everyday habits that help babies thrive. As one mom put it, “Even though the baby can’t talk back… they absorb everything we say.”
Families who complete the program may qualify for a $500 my529 college savings scholarship for each eligible child, thanks to Promise Utah and Davis School District.
