College & Career Readiness Medallions

A College and Career Readiness Medallion recognizes students who have focused their high school courses toward college preparation or a career.

Application Due: April 14th, 2025
Minimum of 50 points Required

Guidelines:

  • Complete the application. (Incomplete application will not qualify)

  • Must have a minimum of 50 points to qualify for medallion.

  • Obtain appropriate signatures.

  •  Attach all appropriate evidence to the application .

  • Provide the following documentation (if applicable).
    o   Transcript - Highlight Related & Support Courses
    o   Tests (AP & ACT on Transcript) or provide verification
    o   Onsite College Visit (College Info with signature – parent, university representative or school counselor.
    o   FAFSA Verification.
    o   CTE Skills Certification

  • Applications will be evaluated by a committee for final determination

  • Refer any specific questions to the specific medallion leader.

  • Only Seniors are able to apply.

  • Turn in your application by April 14, 2025 to the specific medallion leader.
