Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge 2024 Spirit of America Youth Conference
Details: A leadership conference focusing on patriotism.

Requirements: Demonstrates leadership qualities, high academic achievement and exemplary citizenship.

Event: Those students selected may attend one of the four sessions held in March and April of 2024

2025 ALA Utah Girls State will be held at Weber State University

Program Overview: During this week-long summer event, 250-300 selected delegates create and operate city, county, and state governments, while developing leadership skills and an appreciation of their rights as a citizen. Participants run for office, learn public speaking skills, create and write legislation, and actively participate in all phases of creating and running a working government.

2025 ALA Boys State

2025 ALA Utah Boys State will take place June 7-14, 2025 2023.
Online registration will open February 1, 2025. The per-student cost is $375.
Application packets must be postmarked no later than April 15, 2025.
Why Boys State? Exceptional scholarship opportunities; three semester hours of elective political science credit: foster life-long friendships; build self-confidence and leadership ability, all while learning about government.
It's about civics, not politics.
Boys must have a 2.0 GPA, demonstrate good citizenship in their school/community, and have completed their junior year in high school (students apply during their junior year).

Details / Requirements: If you are a junior in high school, have a 3.5 or higher GPA, take challenging courses and come from a family who makes under $65,000 annually (family of four), you are the perfect candidate for this scholarship.

Event: University campuses across the country.
Details: A national conference where students can gain better leadership and service skills, by interacting with other student leaders from all across the world. This conference is facilitated by prominent national and world leaders. It is held on a specific college campus based upon the students choice of study. For more information please visit NSLC

FLSAS/Foreign Language Immersion and Cultural Immersion Abroad: FLSAS offers Foreign Language Immersion and Cultural Immersion Programs. The language learning programs are for those who love languages and want to have a language learning vacation in professionally run programs; and for those who realize that the world is getting more homogenized every day and want to experience the cultural differences of other countries while they still exist.

If you are interested in Tech or Fashion but might need financial assistance in order to attend a camp, please see the attached financial aid application. CBYX Germany Scholarship

CBYX annually offers 250 young Americans the opportunity to live with a host family and attend high school in Germany for an academic year. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, born between February 1, 2007 and August 1, 2010, have a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Participants become fluent in German. Applications are available at CBYX .
