We all experience stress from time to time. While many of us are feeling the added stress from the crazy year we are having, others are experiencing anxiety for the first time. On the whole, we are experiencing anxiety, depression and pressure at higher rates than ever before.
In an effort to combat these issues, Davis Behavioral Health generously recorded a series of MINDFULNESS PRACTICES. These are short 15 minute practices where you can take a breather to unwind and de-stress. You don't need to be an expert or even know what mindfulness is to enjoy these short practices.
