Students at the Catalyst Center constructing tiny homes

High school students from all across the district travel each day to the Catalyst Center project-based alternative school to get experience in many different fields. They get this experience by working on projects for local businesses, and they have opportunities to create and produce things that will be used by those businesses.

The construction department at Catalyst is doing just that as they work to build tiny homes from the ground up that will either be purchased by local clients or will be given to charity organizations for homeless housing.
