Change Date or Time Directions:
Setting Date: In order to set the Date, you can access the ICS either by using the phone located at the intercom OR using a Cisco Phone.
1. At the intercom, pick up the handset and listen for a dial tone OR using a Cisco Phone, pick up the handset and Dial “*4” and wait for the dial tone.
2. Then Dial “#93*”.
3. At the current month and day entry prompt, enter current month, and day, followed by “*” star key. The month and day must be entered as four digits. For example, June 2nd would be “0602”.
4. At the year entry option, enter the 4 digits of the current year.
5. Listen as the system replies with the full Date to verify it is correct.
6. Then just hang up the receiver when done.
Important: Once the new Date has been entered, all the Telecenter ICS displays will update to reflect the changes.
Setting Time: In order to set the Time, you can access the ICS either by using the phone located at the intercom OR using a Cisco Phone.
1. At the intercom, pick up the handset and listen for a dial tone OR using a Cisco Phone, pick up the handset and Dial “*4” and wait for the dial tone.
2. Dial “#94*”.
3. At the hour/minutes prompt, enter current time as four digits i.e. HHMM and then followed by the “*” star key.
4. Respond to the A.M./P.M. by either selecting 2 for A.M. or 7 for P.M.
5. Listen as the system will replies with the time entry. If the system is set for 24-hour time, it will not prompt for AM or PM.
6. Then just hang up when done.
Important: Once the new time has been entered, the Telecenter ICS displays will update after the next minute to reflect the changes.

Change Date or Time Directions:
Setting Date or Time: In order to set the Date or Time, you will need to be at the intercom headend.
To change the Date or time:
1. Press the Func key then type the number 2524. Notice: 2524 will show up in the time window.
2. Press Enter. Notice the number in the Mode window will flash.
3. Using the number keys, choose number 1 for Date OR 2 for Time.
4. Then press enter.
5. Use the right arrow key to enter the date/time window.
6. User number keys to key in the Date or time.
Note: You should set the time a little ahead of current time and do steps 7-9 once current time is close to programmed time.
7. Press enter.
8. The Mode window will flash again.
9. Use number keys and enter 0.
10. Done unless a P shows in the mode window, then just press clear.
Dukane Starcall
Change Time Directions:
You will need to be at the phone connected to the intercom headend.
1. Lift the handset and listen for a dial tone.
2. Dial 750 and enter the time choosing either a. or b.:
a. For 24-hour format enter the four-digit time (i.e., 1355 for 1:55 p.m.) and press #.
b. For 12-hour format enter the four-digit time (i.e., 0955 for 9:55 a.m.), press 0 for a.m. or 1 for p.m., and press #.
3. Note: If you hear a double tone burst after pressing #, you must enter “1234” minus the quotes.
4. Hang up the handset.
Dukane MCS350
Change Time Directions:
You will need to be at the intercom headend. The following keys are used to move between menu items:
NEXT – Advances to the next menu, function, or attribute.
SELECT – Selects a particular menu or function.
EXIT – Exits a particular menu or function.
1. On the MCS350 console, Press SYSTEM to enter programming mode. The little display will flash the current software version and then will show ACCESS CODE.
2. Enter access code A911 (Shift-1, 9, 1, 1).
3. Enter user code 123 and press ENTER.
4. Scroll through the menu using the NEXT key until the display shows SET CLOCK.
5. Press SELECT to display the current hour mode, i.e. 12 or 24 hour clock.
6. Press NEXT to toggle between the 12/24-hour mode.
7. Press SELECT to choose the hour mode you want.
If 12-hour mode is selected, the AM or PM will be displayed. Use NEXT if you need to change, then press SELECT.
8. Enter the time as HHMM. If you selected 24-hour format, please enter the time accordingly.
9. Press ENTER. The display will show the time just entered.
10. Press EXIT to return to the system menu.
11. Press the NEXT key until you see SET DAY OF WEEK.
12. Press SELECT to display the current day.
13. To set the day of the week, press the corresponding number key 1-Sunday, 2-Monday, 3-Tuesday, etc. and then ENTER. The display will show the new day just entered.
14. Press EXIT to return to the system menu.
15. ***Note: After all programming is completed, press EXIT until the main menu is selected. Press EXIT again to exit out of the system programming mode. The SYSTEM key LED will then turn off.
