The following steps must be done every night to ensure that the cloudbook functions properly and the windows updates get installed:
Log off OR restart the cloudbook.
When the login screen appears, close the lid.
Plug-in the power cord and charge the device overnight.
Check Student Search History
Open the chrome web browser and key "chrome://history" in the address bar. The history dating back to the first login on the device is viewable. This also works for Edge and Internet Explorer browsers.
All district devices are filtered by iBoss and both the search and the browser history are logged. Students are prevented from clearing this data from the school device.
