Consult with and/or mentor preschool, elementary, secondary, and post high school teams to address behavior, academics, social skills, and communication for students on the autism spectrum in both the general education and special education settings. As part of the Davis School District support team, we work closely with the following teams:
• Behavior 
• Learning Centers
• Functional Skills
• Mild/Moderate (elementary & secondary)
• Preschool
• 504
• Assistive Technology 

Parent support:
• Connect to community resources
• Transition from private or charter school to public school
• Transition from out-of-state
• General questions 
• MAKS- (Moms of Autistic Kids)

Autism specific staff development for:
• School faculty
• Related service providers 
• LEA's
• 1st-3rd year educators
• Outside agencies (neighboring school districts, pediatricians, etc.)

Staff development for police, fire, EMT’s

Support transitions between preschool and kindergarten

ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule)
• Team Lead
• Administration/feedback

STAR curriculum training (Strategies for Teaching Based on Autism Research)

Partner with Davis Enhanced Education Program to provide support for twice exceptional students and staff development for teachers specific to autism spectrum disorders
