Future Leaders of Color (FLOC)

The purpose of this group is to promote diversity within Davis School District faculty and provide supports to minority educators and staff seeking leadership opportunities. 

Objectives: 
To establish and maintain mentorship/advisor roles to assist employees of color throughout their career. 

  • Promote certified employees and paraprofessionals of color to certified and leadership positions. 
  • Provide information to Davis School District concerning hiring practices and advise ways to recruit, support, and retain educators of color. 

REACH Training

Respecting Ethnic and Cultural Heritage (REACH) is a multicultural education program designed to increase knowledge and understanding related to cultural diversity.

Cultural Liaisons
