A notification letter with the test results will be sent to the email(s) provided by the student, parent(s) or guardian(s), and school counselor.
All referrals for the Demonstrated Competency Assessment testing program must come from a school counselor or administrator for every student who receives testing services at the Northern Utah Testing Center. The Student Application is linked below, where students can download and complete the form. The application requires approval signatures from designated school officials and the student's parent or legal guardian prior to scheduling the first testing appointment. If the student is 18 years of age or older, the parent or legal guardian must still provide his or her consent for testing.
Each DCA is composed of two or more modules and may require more than one sitting. As students pass modules, they can move onto the next. World Language Assessments may require up to three weeks to initiate. Students must contact the Testing Center to schedule an appointment. They must bring their completed application and a valid, current photo I.D. when they come to test.
In addition to the tests listed we offer proctoring services for these exams/schools:
- ALEKS (must be enrolled in the Davis School District's summer math program)
- Canyons Virtual High School
- If your exam or school is not listed please contact us to see if we are eligible to proctor the exam you need to take. Please keep in mind, if we are not currently eligible to proctor exams for your school or organization this process can take several weeks. Please plan accordingly.
