H.O.P.E. Preschool Information
WHAT IS THE H.O.P.E. PRESCHOOL PROGRAM?
The H.O.P.E. Preschool Program is a state funded program. This program is provided at no cost to those students who qualify. Children must be four years old on or before September 2nd of the calendar year. There are six different classrooms in Davis School District and are located in the following elementary schools for the 2017-18 school year: 1. Woods Cross 2. Adelaide 3. Vae View 4. Holt 5. Doxey 6. Fremont.
Enrolled children attend the program Monday through Thursday from 8:45 to 3:25 and Friday 8:45 to 1:25. There is no charge for the preschool. The parent must provide transportation to and from the program location for the student.
The H.O.P.E. Preschool Program is based on the Creative Curriculum model focusing on the physical, social-emotional, cognitive and language / literacy development of learning.
Parent(s) must be working and/or attending an educational program full-time and fall within the monthly gross income guidelines.
