HOSA will be selling raffle tickets and suckers during lunch, with prizes including two reserved parking spots that will be drawn for on April 29th. We will also be doing a miracle minute fundraising effort on May 4th during advisory. If $8,000 is raised then we will get a long lunch on May 26th! All library fines paid during the month of April will be donated to HOSA’s LLS fundraiser. Avoid long lines at the end of the year and support a worthy cause by taking care of your fines now. Remember to return overdue books and make sure your fines are adjusted before you pay to avoid overpayment.

The Davis High Robotics team went to the World Championships to defend their title and came very close to winning again. Our all sophomore team took 5th in the world out of the 500 teams competing. Team members were Ryan Froisland, Ben Shunn, Tynan Sigg, Ethan Bruse, Tyler Proctor, and Levi Zubeldia. If you are interesting in joining us next year come see Mr. Leifson in room 1858, right across from the counseling office.
Members of the Davis Marketing Group recently returned from the DECA international competition. Congratulations to the following award winners: Evan West, top 15 in the Marketing Management Case stud, Michael Harris, top 15 in the Business Services Marketing written event and Kincade Stevenson who was an international finalist in the Principles of Marketing.
