    Citizenship U Make-up Classes will be held April 15, 21 and 30.   The fee for the class is $5.00 and must be paid in advance along with the $5.00 U fine.   See Mrs. Gale in the office to sign up for the class and for other U make-up options. 

    Primary elections for 2015-2015 Junior and Senior Officers
    are this week.  Voting will take place on myDSD and begins now. Voting is open until Friday , April 17th.
    Next week is Junior Week.  There will be a star scavenger hunt on Monday.  Find a star around the school and bring it to Mrs. Barney in room 1307 for a prize.  Wear your camo on Tuesday.  Show your DHP and post a picture of you wearing all of your camo on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #camuseeme. The assembly will be Wednesday on a double assembly schedule.


    stars Junior Prom, The Night of a Thousand Stars, is Saturday, May 2nd at the Utah State Capitol. The dance will be from 7-10 pm.  Tickets are $20 per couple and will be on sale during lunch in the commons April 28th through May 1st.  Picture packets will also be on sale.  All tickets and picture packets cannot be sold at the capitol and must be purchased by Friday, May 1st.

  • Merit Cord Applications are Due Monday, April 27.  Merit cords are awards to students who apply and meet the requirements.    Merit Cords are awarded in the following small schools:  Arts & Communication, Davis Business School, Fitness & Health Services, Social & Human Services, STEM.  Download the application Merit Cord Applications Click Here.Dance Company

    Dance Company Audition Packets are Due May 7th.Click Here to Download your Audition Packet.
    Dance Company Spring Concert , words that move us, will be presented next Thursday and Friday, April 16th and 17th  in the Davis High Auditorium at 7:00 P.M. All seats are $5.00.
    The mandatory AP Pre-Administration meeting is Tuesday, April 21st at 7:30 am, all students taking AP tests need to meet in the auditorium to fill out information prior to taking their AP Tests.  


    April 30th is the deadline to pay any remaining AP Fees, if you paid the deposit of $15.00 the remaining balance is $76.00 per test.    The online payment option for this fee is now open.

    The 6th Annual Mr. Dart Pageant is Saturday April 18th.  Proceeds from the pageant will be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Any club, class, homeroom, and team can nominate a male candidate who is assembly eligible (No U's and a 2.0 gpa) and available to participate on the 18th.  Nominations need to be sent to Miss Hyer by Thursday 9 April.
    HOSA’s second blood drive of the year
    is Wednesday April 29th from 2-7 pm.  This is a great way to work off a U and to show support for our Leukemia and Lymphoma.  Many with cancer require blood transfusion and they need your blood!  Sign-up with in the office if you need  a  “U” make-up or with any health science teacher or HOSA officer if you just willing to help out!

Eli Peel won 2nd in Drawing, Mary Bowers took 2nd in Mixed Media, Tanner Webb won 2nd in Metals Jewelry, Becca Parkinson for 3rd in Sculpture, Honorable Mention to Brittany Lindberg for Mixed Media, and Honorable Mention for Emily Ellis and Skylar Hemmert in Drawing. The very impressive Davis School District Art Exhibit is open until May 1 at the new Bountiful Davis Art Center on Main Street in Bountiful.

    Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2013 Microsoft is now offering a free Microsoft Office subscription to our students as part of their District Office 365 account. This subscription allows students to install a full version of the Microsoft Office 2013 software at home on up to 5 devices. Software versions include Office 2013 for PC, Office 2011 for Mac, and Office Mobile for iPhone or Android.
