  • In the interest of helping students to succeed and make the most of the taxpayer's investment in our schools, Davis Education Foundation, in cooperation with Davis School District, is refurbishing computers that would be sold as salvage and making them available to students who would not otherwise have access to a computer in their home.  While these systems are certainly not state-of-the-art, they will meet the needs for most students  at home.  We have a limited number of these computers and, therefore, wish to award them to students who have the greatest need and would make the best use of the gift.  Please do not apply if you already have a working computer in your home.  To be considered for one of these systems, complete the following application and return it to your principal.

  • Dear Parent/Guardian,

We need your help!  Your participation in a short survey will provide teachers and administrators with important information about your student’s experience in class from a parent/guardian perspective. As required by recent legislation, this survey data is a critical component of the educator evaluation system. All responses are anonymous.

The survey is short and simple.  Just click on the link below to log into your guardian my.DSD account to access the survey(s) regarding your student’s teachers.

If you are unable to access the survey through the link, call Stacy Paskett at 801-402-5491 or Suzanne Cottrell at 801-402-5173.

The surveys will be available beginning February 23 and ending March 27, 2015.

Thank you so much for providing this feedback.
