The only students who are scheduled to be screened are those who have an IEP with their three year evaluation due before fall of 2017, new students to Davis School District, and any students who have been identified by teachers with concerns about their hearing. If your student is scheduled to be screened but you do NOT want us to screen, please email before December 10th. Please contact me if you have any questions.
