  • Technology Services New Home
     
    After 31 years of growth and numerous moves, Technology Services is getting a permanent home. Over the years we have been located in paper storage closets, the corner of the Accounting Department, portables, woodshops, classrooms at Woods Cross High, and in the Special Ed. Facility at Vista Center. Now, in the fall of 2012 this group of wandering technology professionals will be consolidated under one roof at the newly remodeled Technology Services Building. Located at 779 McCormick Way in Layton, Utah, this former warehouse is being transformed into a home for the Information Systems Department, Computer Technology Support Department, Utility Services Department, Communications Systems Support Department, and the Technology Support and Integration Department.

  • Passwords change every 90 days
     
    Just a friendly reminder that the Encore system requires you to change your password every 90 days, or technically – 90 days from the last time you changed your password in Encore. This Friday, May 4th, will mark 90 days since the Groupwise to Microsoft Outlook conversion, so if you haven't changed your password since then you'll get the chance to do so soon, or you can change it today if you would like.     As a reminder, changing your password in Encore will synchronize/change your Encore, myDSD, Safari, SkyDrive, myIDEA, and Microsoft Outlook email password. If your school/department is on the Davis Tree, it will also change your Network/Novell password.
