  • Dear Parent or Guardian,

Davis School District periodically gathers information from students, staff, and parents about the climate of our schools. The data are then used to determine the effectiveness of programs and make changes where needed.

We would like your perception about possible bullying activities at your child’s school. Bullying is defined as an aggressive behavior that includes the following:

    1) an intentional act, 2) performed by the same person/s, 3) by a physical, verbal, or social action, 4) in which the perpetrator causes physical or emotional harm to another individual, 5) over time—creating a hostile environment, and 6) displaying an imbalance in power.

The survey is open from February 23 through April 17, 2015, and is accessible through the following link: All survey responses are anonymous.

If you are unable to access the survey through the link, call Stacy Paskett at 801-402-5491 or Suzanne Cottrell at 801-402-5173.

Thank you for providing this feedback.
